My wife and I bought five acres last June and inherited a 2008 Bad Boy 52 inch mower. Last owner did his best to take care of it but was in his 80’s. Needless to say, it needed some TLC to get back to speed. Western has been helpful through every step of the journey, whether it was parts or service. Below is a picture of the PTO clutch that I bought from them. Clean! Their staff also helped fill in some gaps on knowledge and printed me out pieces of the manual to aid the process.

Bought a bad boy stand on mower here and take it home, mow the lawn. The machine feels good but the cut wasn’t clean. Wasn’t a big deal cause they also gave me an extra set of blades which were considerably sharper. I put on the new blades and notice they are scraping the deck immediately. The next day I bring mower back up and explain my situation and maybe get a different set of blades or at the very least get them to sharpen the original ones that came with it. The customer service was abysmal. The salesman who sold me the mower seemed a little busy, I can forgive that. When I asked about getting a different set of blades or something they turned me over to Nicole (I think that’s her name), she was no help at all and completely ignored me until another lady just said they would call me when they get them. I felt disrespected as customer. You spend damn near 9k on a mower and the blades they give you are scraping the deck and all I get is “don’t know what to tell ya vibes”. In the end they did sharpen my original blades and now it cuts great! With all that being said the ordeal was enough for me to write a bad review and I will personally tell people to go somewhere else

Purchased a zero turn from them about two years ago. Just picked the same mower up from them after its first service. Have gotten to meet Joe, James and Jake. All good knowledgeable people. Product and service exceptional. Need more businesses like this.

Had a good experience buying a subcompact tractor. It was spring time so they were busy every time we were in, but when they had time to talk to us they gave us their full attention. Joe is knowledgeable and everything he had to say squared up with advice I had gotten from friends and online. They were upfront with the price and were competitive with comparable prices I could find online. The manufacturer seems to not be keeping up with demand, and the mower decks were all sold out. Joe got them to ship in the mower from a different region to speed up our delivery. When he had new information he called me back with an update. Follow on to above review: We have had our LS MT125 for over 2.5 years. Western Lawn Equipment continues to be an excellent dealer for support and new purchases. I have purchased a Titan Implement rotary cutter and grader blade. Their prices are competitive and the products are high quality. We have taken in the tractor for service and had a good experience. There is often a wait for service time, but that is expected from a good shop because the demand during busy seasons.
